The Pratt Museum commemorated the accomplishments of Zadock Pratt, Jr. Incorporated in 1832, Prattsville is one of NYS’s earliest planned communities. The museum has permanent exhibits on Town Founder, Congressman Zadock Pratt. His congressional efforts include formation of the Washington Monument, Transcontinental Railroad and Smithsonian Institution.
