As we head into 2025 we are very excited to start off the year by welcoming a brand-new retail shop to Main Street, hosting our 1st General Membership meeting at Mountain King Brewing Company, another newly opened business on Main Street and sharing a FREE Wine Tasting Event invitation from the Adaptive Sports Foundation.

Saturday, January 18th - Gem Mercantile, Country Boutique is hosting an Opening Celebration from 1-8pm Located at 5399 Main Street Windham NY
Live music by Carolyn Shapiro 3-5 pm. Windham Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting ceremony at 3:30pm
Light refreshments and snacks will be served. Unveiling the Grand room retail space, come meet many of the local makers. Stop by to say hello, enjoy a full day of shopping, sipping and live music

Saturday, January 24th & February 21st - Adaptive Sports Foundation - Mix and Mingle with your neighbors, Windham Mountain Homeowners, WMC, and local residents are invited to an exclusive wine & cheese tasting at Adaptive Sports Foundation. See event flyer use QR Code to reserve your tickets.

January 24 tasting will feature wines from Milea Estate and cheese from Chaseholm Farms, and February 21 tasting will feature local wines from Olivia's Wines & Spirits.
Both events aim to introduce our neighbors on the mountain and beyond to the ASF and one another in a fun, relaxed, and intimate setting.

Tuesday, January 28th- 1st General Membership Meeting held at Mountain King Brewing Company Located 5351 Main Street Windham NY
We will be discussing 2025 Calendar of Events, goals and objectives for the coming year, new business openings, Clutch & Throttle Cookies, Wood Lab and introducing new member Stirred Water Herbs, meet Judi Ryan, Naturopathy Doctor, Durham NY.

The Main Street Community Center is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to to building a healthy, caring, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all residents and visitors alike.

Main Street Community Center offers a wide range of classes and events for people of all ages. In addition to our physical location, the Center offers virtual classes, partners with other local organizations and provides off-site opportunities. Nestled in the heart of the Northern Catskill Mountains, our beautiful town will enchant you with its gracious way of living.
